Sunny is with Sarojinamma, one of our widows, in front of her home after giving some rice. Her husband died 10 years ago, and none of her 4 children are helping her much at all. Her son is living with her after his wife committed suicide; since that happened he has some mental problems. In that mental state, he got his own teenage daughter into an abusive marriage, and now she also is suffering. Sarojinamma has severe neck pain at times (from carrying fruit when she was able to work), as well as diabetes and high blood pressure. So many Christian widows and elderly are suffering with a lack of food and medication; as we receive more funds, we would like to help as many as possible. Please pray for this.
"Now as He approached the gate of the city, a dead man was being carried out, the only son of his mother, and she was a widow; and a sizeable crowd from the city was with her. When the Lord saw her, He felt compassion for her, and said to her, 'Do not weep.” Luke 7:12-13
