Nice Birthday Photos

We have shared about the birthdays of these girls previously, but wanted to share with you a few more photos. The first is Kavya, who turned 8 on July 4th. The 2nd photo is Veni giving cake to Shine on her 13th birthday June 23rd. And the 3rd photo is Prasanna giving cake to her older sister, Sirisha, on Sirisha's 18th birthday, also on June 23rd. Please pray for these girls.

PEACE, RHM July Newsletter

Our Lord JESUS said in John 16:33, "These Words I have spoken to you, so that IN ME you may have peace..."  Some of us might feel like our nation is sitting on a powder keg that could explode at any minute! But our true peace is not, and never was in the things or circumstances of this world. Ephesians 2:14 says, "He Himself is our peace..."
Please take a few minutes to read this month's newsletter. If you will take the time, I'm confident the Lord will touch your heart on behalf of the needy ones in India. As the saying goes, "Out of sight, out of mind." Our brothers and sisters, and the children, in India are halfway around the world. It is very easy to forget them, but our heavenly Father never forgets them, and we praise the Lord that He would use you and I to be extensions of His love and grace towards people whom many of us have never seen personally. That truly is amazing love!   Bless you, and remember, our true PEACE is found only in JESUS.
Below is Sister Chandramma, one of our widows, along with her 2 grandchildren, Deborah and Vijay Kumar, which your donations are assisting whenever they have a need.

House Gatherings

RHM has 2 full-time couples who visit different families almost daily. Many of these families (that include about 40 children or more) they are trying to visit at least once a week. Aside from that, if there is a school holiday for any reason, the brothers doing the ministry in India are gathering children and some adults to a particular home for a special service (similar to their church services with singing, praying, sharing the Word, and fellowship with one another). Here, Bro. Prasanth is sharing. None of the children in this photo have fathers in their home, some dying, some leaving. We do have some children with fathers, but very few of the Dads are faithful in their spiritual lives, so the mother is usually the one managing the family and encouraging the children in the ways of the Lord. Please pray for lasting fruit.

Sharing With the Elderly

"For the needy will not always be forgotten, nor the hope of the afflicted perish forever." Psalms 9:18  Brother Wesley is sharing with elderly from a small village we call Jamp ST for short. The woman on the left (dark glasses) is one of 2 women pastors in this village. She, Mary, is affected with albinism, but has given her life, along with another sister named Pushpa, to minister to these poor villagers. Mary's mother, Visranthamma (her name meaning "rest"), just recently entered into rest around the end of June. She was one of our widows which your donations was assisting with monthly support and medication.

Happy 18th Birthday!

Preethi (right) turned 18 on June 28th. Here, she's giving some cake to her younger sister Pinky (16). Precious girls, a part of our ministry for more than 4 years now. Preethi is waiting for some counseling to determine her next step in college. In this part of India, 10th grade is the final year of "high school". Generally, then comes 2 years of "intermediate" college. If they pass those 2 years, then they can go onto "degree college". Preethi is hoping to start her degree college soon. Interestingly, about 60% or more of the children we are regularly involved with are teenagers, a few in their early 20's. Our main burden is for their spiritual lives. Please pray that they will be saved, filled with His Holy Spirit, useful in His kingdom, and faithful until the end.

Sharing His Words With a Needy Family

One of our Indian brothers is sharing with this family. The woman on the right is Lilly, the mother of Abhishek, the boy farthest right. The other 2 boys are likely neighbors. The woman in the back is Koteswaramma, one of our widows. Lilly is also a widow, but we are not helping her financially; she is still able to work. One of the women is receiving a small monthly pension from the India govt (about $36 a month), and we are helping the grandmother with another $18 a month. With this income and Lilly's work income (a field worker), they are able to manage. Abhishek is a nice boy, now studying in the 6th grade (RHM donations sponsoring him). Please pray for this precious family.
