Simha's Birthday!

Simha, the boy on the left, turned 14 on February 7th. "Simha" means lion in their Telugu language. He is with his little brother, Gani, and mother. The boys stay at a hostel most of the time, and seem to be doing well. Simha is now studying in the 7th grade, but the schools in their state of India have been shut down because of the rapid increase of Covid in India these days. Pray for Simha; he's a nice boy with a tender heart for the Lord. Last time we talked with him, he was asking us to pray about his baptism. Trusting the Lord to do great things in his life. Pray for his mother, who is often sick and weak. 

Bye, Joy, Until We Meet Again!

Below is little Joy. Her parents are seeing her for the last time here on earth, John (right, a pastor) and Dayamani beside him. All we can do is weep when seeing the photos and videos from her funeral, so much brokenness among her relatives. But one Day, hallelujah, every tear will be wiped away, and there will be no more sin, death, sorrow, pain, hate, etc. We long for that Day!

1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 
¹³  "But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope.
¹⁴  For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus.
¹⁵  For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep.
¹⁶  For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first.
¹⁷  Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.
¹⁸  Therefore comfort one another with these words."

Joy Has Fallen Asleep in JESUS:   We have asked you to pray many times for Joy, a 13 year old diabetic (type 1), who also was diagnosed with TB and pneumonia within the last 2 months. Joy went into a coma early Sunday, and her body passed away this morning (Monday). In this video Joy's father is speaking (click onto above link). Please pray for her parents, her Dad a pastor, John, and her mother's name is Dayamani. She was their only child. Such a sweet girl, who will be sorely missed. "The Lord is near to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Psalms 34:18

Bhavya's Birthday

Bhavya Sri is another child whom RHM is helping with food, clothes and education. A very sweet girl, she turned 8 on January 12th. Both her parents died with AIDS when she was a baby. She now lives with her grandmother, Subba Lakshmi, here giving Bhavya a piece of cake on her birthday. Subba Lakshmi is on our widows & elderly list, receiving monthly support and medical help when needed. Please pray for Bhavya, now in the 3rd grade.
