Passing (or Promotion) of One of Our Widows

Here, Brother Wesley is praying for Ramulamma in her village of Bangarakkapalem ("village of the golden sister", more specifically an older sister). Ramulamma has suffered much of the last 7 to 10 years. Because of a spinal problem she has been partially paralyzed all that time and mostly confined to the bed. She also had diabetes. She has been living with one of her sons, but has been on our medical reimbursement list. She came to the Lord several years ago, and now her suffering is over, as she passed in October. Thank the Lord for the "blessed hope" of the return of Christ and eternal life! Titus 2:13

A Special Day for 2 Sisters

Six of the children whom we work with in ministry took baptism in early December. We've already shared posts about the first four (2 boys and 2 girls). The last of the children are 2 sisters from the same family, the top photo of Nandini (16), the lower of Nanditha (14). In Nanditha's photo to the right is their father. He is a good believer, and helps us with transporting children and others around for us in his auto rickshaw. He and his wife were very happy this day! Their 3rd girl is 13 year old Mythilli, who also is a nice girl. Please pray for Nandini and Nanditha.

Two Teenage Boys Taking Baptism

Pradeep (top photo) and Pavan took baptism several days ago. Pradeep is 16, and we're thankful for the Lord's work in his heart. Two years ago we and his parents had much concern for him, as he was joining with bad influences. His Dad is a shepherd, his mother working with small children in a school. Pavan is 13, one of 5 children with his mother, the father unexpectedly passing from a heart attack on Christmas Eve 2023. Since we came to know him and his family 3 or 4 years ago, his heart has been tender toward the Lord. Baptism is generally a more critical step in India because of potential persecution from other villagers and family members. That is not the case in these boys' situations, but Brother Benjamin (in photos) and others are counseling them when they have opportunity, so it's likely that both Pradeep and Pavan have sufficient understanding as to what it means to walk with the Lord. Please pray for these boys. Continue to pray for our end of the year giving, and if you have a desire to give toward our Christmas Project, please do so. The goal has been met, but if more comes in, it will provide more blessings into the lives of precious souls.

Birthday, End of the Year Giving

There's 2 stories in the photo below: 1. Nanditha turned 14 in late November. We, through your donations, help her and one of her sisters with education. 2. Navya is giving Nanditha the cake, obviously due to have a baby soon. Such a great miracle story around her and her husband Baji's lives. Three or four years ago Baji had a serious liver problem, as well as a large ulcer that protruded outward, bulging from his stomach. The condition got worse until he needed a liver transplant. We prayed and prayed, asking you to pray also. Donors gave some funds toward that, but it was only a fraction of the cost. Baji's father could have sold some of his land so that they would have enough money for the operation, but would not (he was Muslim; not sure about now). Baji and Navya spent much time in the church praying, sometimes living there and only occasionally going to their home. Navya's brother worked hard and took multiple loans for the transplant, which was finally done successfully. We praise the Lord that Baji was spared for the Lord's purposes, and is now working a job. Oh, by the way, Navya donated part of her own liver in order to save her husband's life!!! Now she's having her 2nd baby. In the midst of many tears, they have remained faithful. Praise the Lord!

Pray for Nanditha, a sweet girl. Also, pray for our end of the year giving, that the Lord will touch the hearts of many donors. As with many ministries, the end of the year giving makes a HUGE impact for the ministry as we head into a new year.

Two Girls Home Children Take Baptism

We are thankful that the 2 oldest girls in the home, Soniya (top photo, 15) and Bindu (lower photo, 14), have now taken baptism just a few days ago. Soniya has been a spiritual leader among all of our children for 2 or 3 years now, maybe not so much in speaking, but by steadfast example. Both girls seem to be growing spiritually, Soniya in the 10th grade and Bindu in the 8th. Brother Benjamin (left, a pastor) gave the baptisms. In Bindu's photo you can see Sister Mary to the far left, who oversees the girls home. I'm sure she was very happy to see these girls taking this step of faith and commitment. Please pray for Soniya and Bindu.

Precious Baptisms!

We are very thankful that some of the children whom we minister to have taken the step of baptism. The ministers involved with them (primarily pastors Benjamin, in the photo, Prasanth, and brothers Raju & Marthababu) are heavy on discipleship and what it means to be a true follower of JESUS, so we can have confidence that all of these children, at least to the knowledge they have, have "counted the cost" to live for Him. From left are boys Sai Krishna, Pradeep and Pavan, Benjamin (pastor), and girls Soniya, Bindu, Nandini and Nanditha. We help all the children except for Sai Krishna with education. Please pray for these precious children, and their walk with GOD.
