One of our main theme Verses is found in Psalms 9:18, "For the needy will not always be forgotten, nor the hope of the afflicted perish forever." The world may forget them, and believers & donors may neglect them, but the Lord will never forget them! His love is an everlasting love, and He will always have a tender Heart toward the needy and broken widow. May we also have His Heart toward them, both in prayer, but also in our willingness to help them. Read James 1:27. Below is Sister Dhanay, one of our widows from the village of Karlapalem. Even though she's had some mental problems (possibly dementia), the Lord and His people (she goes to one of Brother Prasanth and his father's churches) continue to care for her as we are able. Here, she received a new roof, hers being ruined during the Cyclone Montha which occurred in October.
