Brother Raju is giving monthly paralysis medication to Samadhanamma (long name meaning "peace"). She and her husband, Moses, actually have a cement home with thatch or asbestos roofing, but it is too hot to stay inside there during the summer months. When we first connected with this couple, they were depressed and without hope, their drunken sons doing nothing to help them. Moses still works when he can, but is struggling himself with weakness. Both are illiterate, and unable to travel on their own to the church. The Lord has used the medication to bring some physical stability in her life, which has helped alleviate the feeling of hopelessness. Continue to pray for our elderly, and for others in the ministry who struggle with physical ailments.
