Lasya turned 9 on September 11, her cousins Pradeep (left) and Navya giving her cake. Pradeep and Navya are brother and sister, also on our children's list to help with education. Their Daddy is a Godly shepherd, the mother working as a teacher for little ones in a primary school. Lasya's full of energy, and maybe a little stubbornness as well, but she is precious. She's probably seen a lot in her young life, her father a drinker and violently abusive to her mother, almost killing her at least once. Currently, he has left the family and hasn't returned for many months. Lasya lives with her mother and little brother. We are helping her with education (now in 3rd grade), and the family with a small amount of support each month. Please pray for Lasya and her family.
