PRAY FOR NAGAPRIYA

CONTINUE TO PRAY FOR NAGAPRIYA & FAMILY. We understand that most of you won't remember to pray for a little girl that you don't know much about, but if you have a minute now, will you take time to pray? You might remember Nagapriya (the bigger girl in the photo) was the child almost one year ago who became too hot during a Vacation Bible School, suddenly got a fever, then later in the day went into a coma. She was in that coma for 10 days, the doctors having no hope for her recovery. Suddenly, after 10 days she woke up. PTL! And other than weakness, she had no brain damage or other side affects. This miracle caused her Hindu family to begin coming to church and seeking the true and living GOD (1 Thessalonians 1:9), but within a few months the Dad went back to drinking, and the family stopped coming to the church. Now, because of the lockdown, they again are in a needy situation and more willing to begin seeking the Lord for help in their time of need. There's a 3rd girl, the oldest, not in the photo. The elderly person is now part of our widows & elderly program.

FOOD DISTRIBUTION

FOOD DISTRIBUTION IN THE CHURCH. This is a village distribution in a local church which we did just a few days ago. A few of the men are helpers, while most of the others are from a tribal colony (34 families) very near to the church. The Lord is giving us favor to do this service in the midst of the India lockdown. Keep us in your prayers!

RELIEF DURING THE LOCKDOWN

SOME RELIEF DURING THE LOCKDOWN. This is in the village of Chilakala Colony, "chilakalu" meaning "parrots". This is a village where our Brother Peter is pastor, Peter and his wife overseeing the HOPE boys home. The elderly woman is Yesumma, also on our widows & elderly list. She's here with her husband, son & daughter-in-law. Pray that all the physical help the Lord is giving will strengthen the faith of the believers, and be part of His work to lead the lost to His great salvation.

LOCKDOWN RELIEF FOR PASTORS

CORONA LOCKDOWN RELIEF FOR PASTORS. Thankfully, the Lord has provided so much for these days. By His grace and mercy only we have wonderful opportunities. Because of the lockdown, we always need wisdom how and where to have the distribution. Sometimes it's in a village, sometimes gathering the people (with some precautions and social distancing) in a single location. This is provisions & food for 24 pastors' families. Many pastors are suffering, as most of their offerings are gone these days. Pray for them.

Surveying the village

Surveying the village of Yazali. In Yazali there are 59 tribal families (169 people, 79 of which receive no rations or help at all from the govt). Two or 3 days after this survey, Brothers Prasanth and Raju went with an auto rickshaw full of food and supplies for these people. Please pray that all that is done is for His glory, and leads to their hearts becoming more open to His Lordship and salvation in their lives. His mercy is so great! "For You Lord are good and ready to forgive, and abundant in lovingkindness to all who call upon You." Psalms 86:5

Literacy class

Brother Raju taking literacy classes to the widows, he is also full time worker in this ministry, doing literacy classes & visiting their homes. Here he is teaching to Dayamani, member in our Widows & elderly ministry.

 

LOCKDOWN RELIEF

PRAY FOR THE LOCKDOWN RELIEF. In the midst of hard times for so many people who are unable to go to work, we praise our Father and Lord JESUS for the opportunity to be the Body of Christ during this time, fulfilling His mission to hurting people. From donors to prayers to admin workers to those on the field, it's all a work of His Holy Spirit only, reaching out to those who are hurting. "...for He has anointed Me (Christ JESUS) to preach good tidings to the poor, to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to captives...to comfort those who mourn in Zion, to give them beauty for ashes..." Isaiah 61:1-3 

We weren't planning to give help to this family, but while
surveying an area we just happened to come across this family.
The woman in the back is the mother of the 3 girls, their father
abandoning the family. Praise GOD for the guidance to help
them, and hopefully open their hearts to future ministry.
