Pray for Aksha

 PRAY for AKSHA, 10 on AUGUST 23rd.

Aksha is the girl on the left. Whenever school starts again, she'll be going into the 3rd grade. Very sweet little girl. She's now in the HOPE girls home because of some abuse in her family. Pray for healing in her heart.

Pray for Keerthana

PRAY FOR KEERTHANA, who turned 12 on August 20th. 

Keerthana is the girl on the right, Aksha sharing some nice things about Keerthana on her 11th birthday in 2019. Because of govt rules, most of the children are not in HOPE at this time, Keerthana now with her relatives. The India govt may be relaxing their rules soon, seeing that the economy could collapse if things don't return to somewhat "normal". When that happens, many of the children will return to HOPE. Pray for Keerthana, who will start 6th grade whenever classes resume. 

Bhavya Sri & her grandmother

 PRAY FOR THIS CHILD AND HER GRANDMOTHER.

The little girl is Bhavya Sri, the woman her grandmother, Subba Lakshmi. Bhavya Sri’s parents both died of AIDS when she was a baby. Now she’s 7, entering into the 3rd grade (whenever school resumes), and stays with the grandmother. RHM has committed to helping with this child’s education and for whatever other needs she might have. Subba Lakshmi has been added to our widows & elderly program. Her husband died in 2003. She has 3 daughters, the oldest girl dying with AIDS, the other 2 unable or unwilling to help her much. She has many health problems, but still does light work when feeling well enough. Thanking Father for His provision!
