Pray for Our Boys Ministry

About 12 boys went on a theme park excursion recently. They had a time of prayer, worship and sharing the Word in one of their homes first, then went to another city to this park. From left are Arun, Sai, Pradeep, Johnbasha and Jone. They all have their stories and their spiritual journey, and we are trusting the Lord to do wonders in their hearts and through them to impact many people for the glory of GOD in future years. Please pray for this challenging, but potential-filled ministry to boys and young men.

Once in a Lifetime

A group of 35-40 adults (mostly mothers and grandmothers) and girls went on an excursion during some school holidays (Hindu festival) in January. This scene is nearby a fishing harbor by the town of Nizampatnam. The girls didn't get to go into the water this time, but they enjoyed the outing. These excursions are all rare opportunities for many of the children, something they might never be able to do again except when they have an opportunity to join with the ministry. The girl on the right is 14 year old Soniya, who loves the Lord very much. It brings joy to see her smiling face. Continue to pray for the Lord's blessing upon the children's ministry.

Happy Birthday Kavya!

Kavya's grandfather, Subra Manyam, is with her on her 9th birthday in January. This brother came to Christ several years ago and has been a wonderful servant whenever help is needed for meetings or any kind of Christian work. His wife has struggled with cancer for some years, but is doing well and is a strong witness for JESUS. Your donations are helping this couple with monthly food, and has helped his wife with some of her cancer treatment. We don't support Kavya and her sister, Manu, but they are a great blessing to us, often participating in children's meetings. Pray for This Widow

Prabavathi is by her home after receiving monthly rice from this ministry. She is a widow and in need. She receives a small pension from the government (less than $50), and has some loans. We also helped her with a small amount when she built her simple home. She recently was in the hospital with some problem in her brain and anemia. Please pray for Prabavathi.

Watching and Waiting

We are watching and waiting for the Lord's direction and open doors for more financing of this ministry. I have reached out to new potentials, some doors closed, others waiting. The Lord spoke a Word to me recently from Isaiah 43:18-19, not to ponder things of the past, but that He will do new things, that He "will even make a roadway in the wilderness, rivers in the desert." Many "words from the Lord" come and go unfulfilled, but there's an expectation in the Spirit that we will see financial miracles soon. Pray with us about that.

Below is Brother Marthababu sharing with our precious tribal people who stay in a small village of huts not far from a church we work with. Some have come to the Lord, and we're trusting for greater things among them, including the hard-hearted men and the children.
