Happy 15th Birthday!

Asiya (middle) turned 15 in early February. We have shared many times with you about her health problems and dangers from demonic forces. These situations have softened the hearts of her Muslim parents who, although their community leaders don't like it, are allowing Asiya to regularly attend our services and occasional house gatherings and excursions. We are happy that, through your donations, we're able to help her with her education also. The girls with her are Bavya and Havila, both 12. All 3 girls attend the same school where we are assisting 18 children with their education (about $280 per child per year). Please pray for Asiya.

Equipping in the Word

Marthababu (right) is teaching Nagendramma (one of our widows) and her boys, Jone (16) and Jaison (11). Marthababu's name comes from "Martha" (apparently his parents wanted a girl?) and "babu", which means a son or boy. He and his wife Pavani have been faithful workers in the children's ministry for more than two and a half years, and were also helping with the literacy classes for the elderly before another sister took that position. Our goals for these Bible studies and prayer times is to bring people to salvation if needed, teach them how to walk with the Lord, and equip them to be good examples and witnesses for our Lord JESUS. Please pray for Marthababu & Pavani, as well as the entire children's ministry.

Pray That Chicken Pox Will Not Spread

This is Johnbasha (left, 16), Arun (15) and Arun's mother, along with the little ones who are likely relatives of Arun's. Arun now has chicken pox and has been around many of our other children in recent days. He also attends a school where we have 18 of our children attending. Please pray for his quick recovery, and that it will not spread.

Update on Suresh

We asked you to pray for Suresh in the village of Thunagunta earlier in February. He has wasted his life and body away with drinking, but after getting tuberculosis stopped drinking and is coming with his Christian wife to the prayers (Christian services of any kind are generally referred to as "prayers"). Suresh previously was only able to take liquids and seemed to be in the process of dying. Now he is feeling a little better and is eating some food. Praise the Lord! Please continue to pray for him.

Happy 19th Birthday!

This is Iswarya, a girl we have known for years, but whom we do not support. She turned 19 in January. We like to see her and her siblings on their birthdays if possible. Iswarya seems to be doing well, now living with her parents, studying in college and making good grades. Please pray for Iswarya.
