Sister Krupamma, part of our widows & elderly program for over 2 years, passed away last week. In this situation, we feel that we can truly rejoice for her. When we met her around April 2019 (photo below may have been the first time some of us met her), she had already had one leg amputated above the knee because of diabetes. She had wounds on her other leg which were not healing properly. About 3 months later, the other leg was amputated. In December 2019, a rash motorcycle rider hit her cycle/wheelchair (don't know the correct name) as she and her husband were coming out of a church. She fell to the street, and was in serious condition. The doctors didn't think she would make it, but she bounced back. Though she suffered so much during the last few years of this short life, we have much hope in her eternal destiny. Psalms 9:18 says, "For the needy will not always be forgotten, nor the hope of the afflicted perish forever."  Hallelujah! Pray for her loving husband (in photo; he took such good care of her), and her daughter.
