Families in Need

The people below are probably all related, part of a "tribal" village we have been assisting for years, located only a few blocks from a church we are closely connected with. The 2 women on the sides (Rangamma on the left and her daughter Muthyalu on the right) have given their hearts to the Lord. Muthyalu's daughter and son-in-law have also come to Christ, but these 4 are the only adults sincerely trying to walk with the Lord. The husbands/fathers in this type of village are typically drinkers and sometimes abusive.. They worry about each other's approval far more than they have concern for their soul. Perhaps most of the people would call themselves Hindu, but in reality they are spiritually disinterested, bound by unbelief. Please pray for these precious souls; it's very difficult to reach the children, as they have little or no proper discipline or structure in their lives, especially the boys. Girls are often married off by 13 or 14 years old.

Continue to pray also for a generous outpouring of end of the year donations to RHM, which would help us so much as we go into 2025.

Pray for Paul

In the photo Paul (16) is getting ready to take baptism earlier this month. Only a couple of days after the baptism Paul apparently was trying to display his motorcycle riding skills and had an accident, fracturing his leg. Because he and his mother both have a chronic illness, his immunity system is low, and it generally takes longer to heal. Our great Yahweh Rapha can do great things! Please pray for Paul.

Happy 20th Birthday!

RHM does NOT support or sponsor these girls, as both parents are working and managing the home. But I (Dan) have known them for many years when I was previously part of the HOPE children's home (you can find this home at https://hillsidehope.org). Iswarya (left, 18) is giving cake to her sister Suvarna, who turned 20 earlier this month (both girls are in college). We rarely see this family, usually only on their birthdays, but are happy to have a little contact with them as they get older. Please pray for Suvarna and her family.

Weekly Visit With Children in Church

In these 2 photos Brother Marthababu and his wife Pavani are visiting the children. There is a church in the town of Karlapalem where he meets with them. As you can observe by these photos, he and Pavani never know which of the neighborhood children will come, but they are faithful to go there to minister to them (only 3 of the children in the 2nd photo are also in the 1st). Some are children who come regularly to this church for other meetings also, some are not. In the first photo it's cute to see the older boy Sankar trying to control his little brother Gana during prayer time. Please pray for these children, for Marthababu & Pavani's ministry to the children, and for our end of the year donation efforts.

Elderly in VV Palem

This is some of the widows & elderly who attend this church in VV Palem. They come from this village and another village which is near. The pastors are Brother Samuel (2nd from right, a widower whom we help with medical needs) and his son Puthra (far left standing). Brother Wesley (far right) visits this place regularly, and I (Dan) have been here many times, sleeping in the church a few times also. Please remember our widows and elderly in your prayers, especially that the Lord will help them to get continued support throughout 2025. We currently have 51 widows & elderly whom we assist with monthly cash, food or rent support. There is an average of about 35 widows & elderly per month who receive medical reimbursement (it depends on how many bring us medical receipts each month). There's an additional 17 who receive a small amount of extra food each month. Please pray.

Another Birthday Girl!

Akshaya turned 15 on the 1st of this month. She and her grandmother live together, the grandmother working various jobs to try and provide for them; she's a hard worker. Akshaya's now studying in the 10th grade, a bright girl and learning English well. Her father abandoned the home, and the mother remarried, the stepfather not wanting responsibility for Akshaya. This is why she has been with the grandmother most of her young life. Please pray for Akshaya.
