Sister Mary with some girls when we visited the St. Thomas Mount in Chennai. This is the spot where tradition says that Thomas (one of the Lord JESUS' 12 disciples) was killed with a spear. From left is Sister Pavani (looks like she was leaving the photo), Martha (17), Soniya (12), Navya (11), Sister Mary, Sreeya and Nageena, both 14. This small mountain has a very nice view of the city of Chennai. Perhaps more interesting to the children was all the big airplanes coming in and out of the nearby Chennai International Airport.
