Naomi (one of our widows) has been in the hospital because of an infection in her foot. In early 2021 the big toe on this foot was removed. The same day that happened, her husband died in the same hospital, he also having severe diabetic problems. Now in this same area where the toe was removed, again an infection has developed with much puss. The doctor has removed the infection from the foot, and she is recovering. We are assisting her with monthly medication, but are only able to help her with a small amount to cover these hospital and medical expenses. Pray for Naomi's total healing, and that the Lord will touch the hearts of others to help her financially, and to help care for her physical needs while she's in the hospital and when she goes home.
Note: In perhaps most of the hospitals in India, the hospital or their staff doesn't help with feeding or bathing the patient, taking them to the bathroom, etc. There needs to be a relative or someone to help with these things. We have been told that some of Naomi's church members are coming forward to help in these areas.
