The photo is Bro. Marthababu praying with Chanti (her hands raised in the middle of the group) and her son when they were staying at her mother's home after having a hysterectomy. Here is a recent testimony of Chanti:

the Lord. My name is Chanti. My husband died 7 years back. We have one son. We
were living as nominal Christians until my husband died. After he died I
accepted JESUS as my Savior and started going to the church. My husband died
with a very dangerous disease, and the same disease spread to me and my son
also (she didn’t say specifically, but her husband died of AIDS, she and her
son both having HIV). At that time, I was very depressed and started
praying and asking GOD for His help. By the grace of GOD, through your ministry
GOD is providing a monthly pension (cash support), monthly rice, and if there is
any need for the medication also, I am getting. Recently, I had been suffering
with a tumor in my stomach, and all the expenses of my operation has been paid
by World Challenge. I’m thanking GOD, and thank you so much for that. By the
grace of GOD you are helping so much to us. We are praying for you. Pray for me
and my son, named Paul. And also pray for us that we will grow in the Lord to
prepare ourself for His kingdom.” Note: World Challenge was a big sponsor for our widows ministry from 2018 through 2023. They will no longer be sponsoring us after this year. Pray the Lord will raise up new donors. Also, the "tumor" that Chanti mentions were actually growths or tumors on her uterus, which the doctors removed in February of this year. She still has physical issues from time to time (she had kidney stones in July), but she's stronger in the Lord, and is an encouragement to us also.
