Their initial destination was a park. The park was unexpectedly closed when they reached there, so the decision was made to take them to a beach several miles away. The body of water on the east coast of India is the Bay of Bengal. Off the southern coast is the Indian Ocean, and on the western coast is the Arabian Sea. Precious children from all kinds of different backgrounds: abandonment, one parent died (2 of the children in the photo had their mother die a few weeks ago), 2-parent homes. The 2 men in the back are the auto rickshaw drivers, also coming to the prayers.
