Precious boys & girls having ice cream after a prayer service and lunch in the city of Ponnur. India has many holidays from school, sometimes unexpected, such as bus strikes. The major holidays of the Hindus, Muslims and Christians are all honored by the government, thus giving holidays to the schools (mostly Hindu festivals). Brother Raju and the children's ministry team try to take advantage of these holidays to gather children together for a meeting. Thirteen of these children (10 girls and 3 boys) are children whom we work with regularly and help them (via your donations) with their education.
